Facility Rental

Your Choice of Rooms and Packages:​​

• Classroom: 30 people max. Includes two large-screen TVs*
  $250 + GST /day

• Gymnasium: contains approximately 40 x 15 foot, 2 inch professional matting (675 square feet of floor coverage), with 18 day-use lockers
  $450 + GST /day

• Combination Package: Classroom and Gymnasium
  $650 + GST /day

All Room Rentals Prices Include: 

• *Large-screen TV, which you can plug your laptop into (provided it has a HDMI port), and use it as the display for your presentation.

• The HDMI cables to make the connection to the TV.

• Power bar

• A projection screen is also provided if you prefer to bring in your own projector, as an alternative to using the TVs.

• Use of the shared kitchen which includes: fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee pot.

 

​Room Rental Availability and Use

Blocks of time are available on a first come first serve basis. Rates are on a day rental basis (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Evenings may be available for up to 4 hours (depending on program, 50% of daily rate per room) (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

Rooms must be returned back to their original condition prior to rental, otherwise additional cleaning charges may be issued.  Only clean indoor running shoes are permitted in the gymnasium.
